Let’s start off with some fresh casting news. Elijah has slipped in a movie right under our noses, and it’s already wrapped up filming! He will be in his first Stephen King movie adaptation of a short story, The Monkey.

He’s also been named in the first wave of casting of another adaptation, this time from a mobile game called Among Us. He will lend his voice talent again in this animated series. Many details are still being worked out, but you can read more about it by clicking here.

Moving on to a couple of conventions. Elijah, Sean, and John Rhys-Davies entertained the crowds at Emerald City Comic Con. And yes, there is a video of their Q&A.

Next, there was Collective Con in Jacksonville, Florida. We’re two for two with a video of the Q&A from that event as well.

With the recent guest announcement that Orlando Bloom will join Elijah, Sean, Dom, Billy, Andy Serkis, Miranda Otto, and Bernard Hill at Comic Con Liverpool in early May, this in-person public gathering of Lord of the Rings actors is the largest one since 2004.

There are plenty more photos of Elijah and Daniel, a.k.a. SpectreVision, at this year’s SXSW Festival. The duo also gave an interview that’s not related to their podcast, Visitations, which will be coming shortly. There is no date yet on when the discussion with their first guest, Jane Schoenbrun will officially air to start off their new season.

This is purely unwarranted speculation on my part, but looking closely at Elijah’s scheduled appearances thus far, his docket is clear from early May until early October, and nothing is slated yet after October. Writers are still ironing out the next season of Yellowjackets, but a tentative start day is planned. Could these lapses of appearances mean that Elijah is rejoining Yellowjackets or maybe he’ll sneak in another movie we don’t know about? Time will tell.

I must be my own worst enemy because I dove in and edited another video, but who am I kidding? I love making them. This new one is purely for fun, and I hope you enjoy the April Fools collection.
