Always & Forever: Elijah Wood

After a convention stint in Belgium this coming weekend, the C2E2 convention will take place in Chicago a week later. It will be attended by another substantial group from Middle Earth. Andy Serkis and John Rhys-Davies will join Elijah, Sean, Billy, and Dom. Popverse will offer a livestream of their panel. But there’s always a catch. You have to sign up for a monthly fee in order to watch.

Elijah attended the Texas Film Awards in Austin earlier this month. He was on hand to help induct Tim and Karrie League into the Texas Film Hall of Fame. Click here for photos from the ceremony and a red carpet interview.

A week later, he was in Mexico City to bring joy and laughter to fans at the La Mole Convention. Along with the vast number of photos, there’s also a video of his full Q&A panel, and an impromptu interview about video games and a project that hasn’t been discussed in a while, the animated show Among Us.

Even though Walter’s character has been absent from the last few episodes, save for voice-overs, events are off the rails in the hit series Yellowjackets, where theories and suspicions are escalating. Here are some screencaps from his last appearance where Elijah finally got to act alongside Melanie Lynskey. Hopefully, Walter will emerge in the final episodes of the season to contribute more disorder or salvation to the chaos.

SpectreVision held another spine-chilling live podcast in Los Angeles last week. This time, guests discussed their sleep paralysis stories, which yours truly has experienced, and it’s not fun. What should be fun is when videos and more photos come from the event.

According to Dom, the boys held a secret gathering, saying, “Planning and scheming. Something wicked this way comes.” Is he teasing, or is something really in the works with these guys?

Elijah was recently spotted in Brussels, and another lucky fan got a photo with him.

There’s a new Toxic Avenger teaser trailer, but sadly no Fritz. It looks wild, though!

The Monkey achieved a milestone at the box office, becoming Oz Perkins’ second hit horror film in a row. To date, it has grossed over $60 million worldwide. It’s also been reported that The Monkey is scheduled to start streaming services later this week, beginning April 4th.

It’s not very often we saw young Elijah behave like a regular 13-year-old because he carried himself beyond his years. However, I found this video charming as it shows his exuberance while he sat down for an interview in 1994 for North.

With April Fools Day tomorrow, the Video of the Month goes back to a hilarious prank played on an unsuspecting victim – only it was the wrong one. I wonder if his revenge will ever come.

That’s all… for now.
